Privacy
In certain situations, Council may disclose personal information that it holds. This is usually in relation to the reasons for which the information was collected or for other statutory or lawful functions of other Government agencies. In addition, certain information held by Council may be regarded as public registers that are open to inspection pursuant to a variety of legislation.
Invoices
Invoices must be made out to The Hills Shire Council and must state that they are a Tax Invoice. They should include the GST component and quote your business name and ABN number. All invoices must be sent via email to ap@thehills.nsw.gov.au and addressed to The Hills Shire Council, PO Box 7064, Norwest BC NSW 2153
Please note that invoices should display a valid Purchase Order number and that this will enable our systems to make swift and prompt payment. Invoices that do not display a valid purchase order number could experience payment delays.
Please note standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
