The Hills Shire Council E-Request System
All requests lodged using this on-line service will be acknowledged by a return
e-mail and automatically distributed to the responsible team for action during
Council's normal business hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
The lodging of requests using the on-line service is therefore NOT for urgent
matters, emergencies or dangerous situations.
If an urgent matter, emergency or dangerous situation occurs during Council's
business hours (Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 4:30pm excluding public holidays), contact
